How information may be used
Enquiry information may be used to understand the request, respond to you, prepare a relevant next step and maintain necessary business communication. Basic technical data may also be processed to keep the website secure and reliable.
Service providers and retention
When enquiry delivery is enabled, your message is sent through Hostinger Email to the CodingBeings inbox for business communication. The form uses a session identifier and limited request counters for validation and duplicate or abuse prevention. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry messages. Email and hosting retention settings should be reviewed as the website toolset changes.
Optional website measurement
Google Analytics loads only with analytics consent and measures page visits and business events such as calculator completion and accepted enquiries. LinkedIn Insight Tag loads only with marketing consent on selected public informational pages, where it measures visits and automatically captures button actions. The full tag does not load on contact or project calculator pages. After a successful enquiry submission and marketing consent, a separate LinkedIn conversion image records that an enquiry was accepted. This image sends only our public tracking IDs, with no form fields or referring-page header; it is less accurate than the full tag. Meta Pixel is not active. Enhanced conversion tracking and customer-data matching are not enabled. Our custom events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, budget, project brief and enquiry reference IDs. Providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device and page visits under their own terms. You can change your choices through Cookie settings in the footer.
AI website assistant
When enabled, the AI assistant sends your question and up to twelve recent messages of the conversation to OpenAI, together with relevant public excerpts of this website. Do not share sensitive or confidential information. The conversation is kept in your browser tab for the length of your visit so it continues from page to page; it is not saved in a website transcript database and is not sent in our analytics events. The assistant does not use a cookie. Limited usage counters held in server memory and a protected, hashed IP-derived identifier help prevent abuse. Requests ask OpenAI not to store the response, but this does not mean zero retention: OpenAI may retain content for abuse monitoring under its own data controls. AI answers may be inaccurate and do not create a quote or booking. If you ask the assistant to send your details to the team, or use Send to the team, your name, email, what you wrote and the conversation are sent to us by email in the same way as the contact form, and a confirmation is emailed to you. The assistant only does this after you agree in the chat.
