AI & automation

AI integrations, knowledge tools and workflow automation with a defined task and a way to check the result.

Services within AI & automation

Start with a task people need help completing: finding an answer in documentation, routing a request or preparing a draft for review. We assess the available information, connect the relevant systems and define what needs human approval. Model integration, evaluation and operating costs belong in the scope from the start.

Proof status: Benchmark Email: static pages and AI translation documents a production translation workflow with human review. Other linked integration and content projects are supporting experience, not deployed AI proof.

AI workflow and supporting integration experience

The Benchmark Email account describes production AI-assisted translation with human review. Other content and integration projects are supporting experience; the Hreflang article identifies its future recommendations separately.

AI and regional platforms

Static pages and AI translation workflow

Benchmark Email needed controlled delivery for selected regional pages and a reviewed workflow for translation drafts within its WordPress Multisite network.

The static page platform converts selected Beaver Builder pages into HTML, CSS and JavaScript while preserving public URLs. The translation plugin creates regional drafts using glossaries, reference material and validation, with native-language review before publication.

The tools run in production, but this account does not claim every page is static or every language uses AI translation. The relationship began in 2018; the tools’ build periods and independently verified SEO, traffic and revenue outcomes are not established here.

Software integration

Automating subscription-based content access between Laravel and WordPress

A dental services client used Laravel for registration and subscription payments, while its paid content lived in WordPress. The two systems were disconnected: paying for a subscription did not automatically give a customer the right WordPress account or content access.

The integration made Laravel the source of truth for identity and subscription status. A custom WordPress plugin received registration and payment events through a REST API, created users and assigned purpose-built Free Subscriber or Paid Subscriber roles. JWT-based single sign-on connected the login experience, with a dedicated synchronization layer handling the differences between WordPress cookies and Laravel tokens.

Customers could register and pay in Laravel, then access the WordPress content their subscription unlocked without a second login or routine manual role assignment. A Laravel reconciliation command provided a recovery path for the occasional provisioning failure, so an unsuccessful sync could be corrected for an individual user.

International platforms

International WordPress + Hreflang architecture

A WordPress Multisite network spanning nine languages needed its regional pages correctly linked to their English equivalents for search engines, but the relationship data behind those links was incomplete and had no way to stay trustworthy as content changed. The technical challenge wasn't writing hreflang tags; it was building a reliable way to know which page was the translation of which, across independent sites, including one hosted entirely outside the network.

Read the full project summary

CodingBeings built a network-activated WordPress plugin that scans and auto-matches Pages by slug, hierarchy and title similarity, gives a human a confidence-scored review interface, and only publishes hreflang output and localized navigation once relationships are explicitly trusted. A two-layer cache keeps output fast across eight sites without hitting the database on every page load.

The result: hreflang management moved from scattered manual tags to structured, auditable relationship data, reviewable, correctable, and safe to extend with AI-assisted diagnosis without giving up deterministic validation.

From$2,500

USD · one-off project

Typical price range: $2,500 to $5,000 USD

Move one defined process between your existing tools.

Not included: Several workflows, uncertain APIs/data, complex agents or a production knowledge assistant.

AI Validation Pilot

From$2,500

USD · pilot project

Typical price range: $2,500 to $4,000 USD

Test one prepared use case before committing to production.

Not included: Production deployment, live system write actions, source cleanup, sensitive data, ongoing support and model/API usage.

Production AI

From$8,000

USD · implementation project

Typical price range: $8,000 to $25,000 USD

Bring a reviewed AI capability into a working product.

Not included: Pilot fees where a pilot is needed, custom model training, sensitive operational requirements and running costs.

Available engagement scope. The Benchmark Email case documents reviewed translation drafts, not every capability in this offer.

Questions about AI & automation

Contact us
Can AI work with our existing website or tools?

Yes, subject to the available APIs, information access and workflow constraints. An integration can add a focused capability without replacing the whole platform.

Can an assistant answer from our own information?

That can be part of AI development. We first agree which information it can use, who may access it, how answers are checked and when it should hand over to a person.

Are model and provider charges included?

Provider usage and operating costs are reviewed separately in the proposal. Published development prices describe the stated implementation scope, not unlimited model usage.

Does automation remove human review?

Not automatically. We agree which actions can run independently and which need approval, alongside logging, evaluation and a recovery path.
